5. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation
  • Payments accepted via various gateways; service begins after successful payment.
  • Bookings can be cancelled up to 6 hours prior; refunds processed to original payment method only.
6. Delivery of Reports
  • Reports released within 7 business days (delivery time extra if mailed).
  • Must present ID and order details to receive services/reports.
7. Restrictions
  • Prohibited: unlawful activities, data breaches, intellectual property violations, unauthorized content, automated account creation, and spamming.
  • Do not reformat, frame, or scrape website contents.
8. Account Termination
  • Accounts can be deactivated by user request or by the company for inactivity or breach.
  • No fee refund upon termination for breach.
9. Ownership & Copyright
  • All site/app content and marks belong to the company or its licensors.
  • Reproduction or public display without permission is prohibited.
